Dr. Justin Ashlock was born and raised in Oklahoma and lives in Owasso with his wife, Bethany and 4 children, Rylan, Abigail, Brady, and Ella. Bethany was born and raised in Oklahoma, she is a local Real Estate Agent and a life-time resident of Owasso.

Together, Justin and Bethany stay busy with their kid’s activities, track, volleyball and basketball, along with running their respective businesses. You will always see them on the sidelines cheering at sporting events.

Dr. Ashlock loves his community and supporting the local athletes whenever possible.. GO RAMS!! He has a true passion for treating and educating his patients about chiropractic care and its benefits. Dr. Justin has been recognized, locally and nationally, by his peers in the chiropractic community for his expertise in outstanding patient care and educational instruction throughout the United States.

Dr. Ashlock is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University where he played baseball and earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. Dr. Ashlock worked as a strength and conditioning coach in professional baseball and worked as a strength coach and trainer to amateur athletes and laypersons for over a decade before attending Chiropractic College. Dr. Ashlock graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX where he was trained in 9 techniques and has received 100’s of hours of specialized Chiropractic training in post-graduate programs. After graduation, Dr. Ashlock moved to Owasso and opened Ashlock Chiropractic in 2007.

Justin Ashlock uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient’s lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning. Dr. Ashlock takes a “whole person” approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Ashlock will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Consultation
You will have a 1 on 1 visit with the doctor to discuss your health concerns and the reason for your visit.

Examination
After your initial health consultation, we’ll perform a complete & comprehensive chiropractic exam.

X-rays
A series X-rays may be needed to allow us to clearly determine a proper care plan. X-Rays provide us with an objective diagnostic tool that will show us the position of the spinal bones, as well as the quality of the spine and safety of adjusting it. We also use X-rays to determine how long a spinal condition has been developing.

Report of Findings
Your report of findings will be scheduled the day after your Initial Consultation. This will allow for your doctor to study your exam findings, at which point we will share the results that we found with you. You may invite anyone in your family to accompany you, if you choose. Your Report of Findings includes a detailed analysis of what you need in order to solve the problem that brought you into our office and what can be done in order to assure that it won’t happen again. We consider your current lifestyle choices, goals for the future and challenges that are standing in your way. This is why our recommendations are extremely comprehensive and have the chance to be the solution that you have been seeking to find.

Ongoing
Our entire staff strives to keep waiting times to a minimum, so we ask that all patients be prompt for their appointments so we can stay on track. Your adjustments will be given by the doctor, then anything else done during that visit will depend on the doctor’s recommendations. Stretching, exercise instruction, or other advice, may be given as part of the doctor’s plan for you. Questions are not only welcomed, they are encouraged. Knowledge is power.
